Our Services
Ivy Care and Support Services deliver many NDIS-funded supports tailored to your goals, strengths, and preferences.
Assistance with Daily Living
We provide Assistance with Daily Living supports to help participants maintain independence, safety, and wellbeing in their daily routines. Supports are delivered respectfully and in line with each participant’s preferences, abilities, and cultural values.
Community Participation
Our Community Participation supports assist participants to engage meaningfully in social, recreational, and community activities of their choice. We focus on building confidence, social inclusion, and life skills while supporting participants to connect with their community.
Household Tasks
Ivy Care and Support Services provides Household Tasks support to assist participants in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. Supports are designed to complement a participant’s abilities and promote independence where possible.
